Terms and Conditions

Last updated: August 31, 2026 · TNMA Consulting Group

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TNMA Consulting Group website (tnmaconsultinggroup.com) and any services purchased through it, including the TNMA Method™ Analysis and the Credit Repair service described below. By booking, purchasing, or using any service through this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Two Separate Offerings

TNMA Consulting Group offers two distinct, independently purchased services. Purchasing one does not include, obligate, or guarantee access to the other.

1.1 The TNMA Method™ Analysis

The Analysis is a standalone, paid consultation. It consists of a short intake questionnaire followed by a scheduled phone call with Tylisha Prophet, or another TNMA representative, during which your current situation is reviewed and a recommended next step is discussed. The Analysis is a diagnostic and advisory session. It does not itself include ongoing credit repair, dispute filing, or any other service unless separately purchased.

1.2 Credit Repair Services

Credit Repair is a separate, month-to-month subscription service billed at the rate displayed on the credit repair services page at the time of purchase. It is not bundled with, included in, or a continuation of the Analysis. A client may purchase Credit Repair Services with or without having first completed an Analysis, though TNMA recommends completing the Analysis first so that advanced cases (see Section 4) can be properly identified and scoped.

2. Booking and Intake

Booking the Analysis requires payment in advance for that specific consultation. After booking, you will be asked to complete a short intake form. Please answer completely and accurately, this is how TNMA prepares before your call. A working phone number is required, since the Analysis is conducted by phone call, not video or in-person meeting.

Consenting to receive SMS messages (appointment reminders, confirmations) is optional and is never a condition of booking or purchasing any service. Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Credit Repair Billing and Cancellation

  • Credit Repair Services are billed monthly, in advance of each billing period only, on a month-to-month basis. No fee is charged for the total anticipated cost of services before those services are rendered, consistent with applicable state and federal law.
  • You may cancel your Credit Repair subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not refund amounts already billed for the current or prior billing periods unless required by law.
  • Right to Cancel: Under the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you have the right to cancel your Credit Repair contract, without penalty or obligation, within three (3) business days from the date you signed the contract. To cancel, notify TNMA Consulting Group in writing within that period using the contact information in Section 11.
  • You have the right to dispute inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information on your own credit report, for free, directly with the credit reporting agencies (Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion), without engaging TNMA Consulting Group or any credit repair organization.

4. Advanced and Special Cases

Bankruptcy disputes, eviction removal, and other advanced or complex matters are not included under the standard Credit Repair plan. These are scoped, and priced individually, as part of your Analysis. No work on an advanced case begins, and no separate fee for it is charged, until that scope has been discussed and agreed with you directly.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Neither the Analysis nor Credit Repair Services come with a guarantee of any specific outcome. Credit reporting decisions are made by creditors and the credit bureaus, not by TNMA Consulting Group. Results, and the time it takes to see them, vary based on your individual credit profile, the responsiveness of creditors and bureaus, and other factors outside TNMA's control. Any timelines referenced on this site (for example, "2 to 6 months") are estimates based on typical dispute cycles, not promises.

6. Not Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice

Information and recommendations provided during the Analysis or through Credit Repair Services are educational and advisory in nature. They do not constitute legal, tax, financial planning, or investment advice. For matters requiring licensed professional advice, consult an appropriately licensed attorney, accountant, or financial advisor.

7. Payment Processing

Payments for services purchased through this site are processed by a third-party payment processor (currently Commas, formerly operating as Fanbasis). Your payment information is collected and processed directly by that processor under its own terms and privacy practices; TNMA Consulting Group does not directly store your full payment card details.

8. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current information during booking, intake, and throughout your engagement with TNMA Consulting Group. Recommendations and services are based on the information you provide; incomplete or inaccurate information may affect the outcome of any Analysis or Credit Repair work.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TNMA Consulting Group's total liability for any claim arising from your use of these services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. TNMA Consulting Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including denied credit applications, loan terms, or business outcomes.

10. Changes to These Terms

TNMA Consulting Group may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
