This Privacy Policy explains what information TNMA Consulting Group collects when you visit this site, book the TNMA Method™ Analysis, or use Credit Repair Services, and how that information is used and protected. TNMA Consulting Group offers the Analysis and Credit Repair Services as two separate offerings; information collected for one is not automatically shared for the other beyond what is described below.
| Category | Examples | When It's Collected |
|---|---|---|
| Contact information | Name, email address, phone number | Booking a call, filling out an intake form, contacting us |
| Appointment information | Selected date and time, call notes | Booking the Analysis through our scheduling calendar |
| Intake responses | Details about your current credit or financial situation, as you choose to share them | Completing the intake form before your Analysis call |
| Payment information | Processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not directly store full card numbers | Purchasing the Analysis or a Credit Repair subscription |
| Communications | Records of calls, texts, and emails between you and TNMA | Throughout your engagement with us |
Opting in to receive SMS messages is optional and is never a condition of booking or purchasing any service. Message and data rates may apply, and carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Because our services relate to your credit and financial history, information you share in an intake form may be sensitive in nature. We ask that you share only what's necessary for us to prepare for your Analysis or perform Credit Repair work. This information is used solely to provide the service you've requested and is not sold to third parties.
We use a small number of third-party service providers to run our booking, communication, and payment systems. Each operates under its own privacy policy and terms:
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, including relying on our service providers' security practices for scheduling, communications, and payment processing. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the services you've requested, comply with legal and record-keeping obligations (including those under the Credit Repair Organizations Act), and resolve any disputes. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, contact us using the information in Section 10, and we'll evaluate the request against any obligations that require us to retain certain records.
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
