Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 31, 2026 · TNMA Consulting Group

This Privacy Policy explains what information TNMA Consulting Group collects when you visit this site, book the TNMA Method™ Analysis, or use Credit Repair Services, and how that information is used and protected. TNMA Consulting Group offers the Analysis and Credit Repair Services as two separate offerings; information collected for one is not automatically shared for the other beyond what is described below.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To schedule, confirm, and remind you of your Analysis call
  • To prepare for your Analysis based on your intake responses
  • To provide Credit Repair Services, including preparing and submitting disputes on your behalf where you have engaged us to do so
  • To process payment for services you purchase
  • To send appointment confirmations, service updates, and, where you've opted in, SMS reminders
  • To respond to questions you send us

Opting in to receive SMS messages is optional and is never a condition of booking or purchasing any service. Message and data rates may apply, and carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Sensitive Information in Intake Forms

Because our services relate to your credit and financial history, information you share in an intake form may be sensitive in nature. We ask that you share only what's necessary for us to prepare for your Analysis or perform Credit Repair work. This information is used solely to provide the service you've requested and is not sold to third parties.

4. Third Parties We Work With

We use a small number of third-party service providers to run our booking, communication, and payment systems. Each operates under its own privacy policy and terms:

  • GoHighLevel / LeadConnector — powers our scheduling calendar, intake forms, and client communications (email, SMS, calls).
  • Commas (formerly operating as Fanbasis) — processes payments for the Analysis and Credit Repair subscriptions. Full payment card details are handled by Commas directly.
  • Credit reporting agencies (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion) — if you engage Credit Repair Services, we may correspond with these bureaus, and with your creditors, on your behalf as part of the dispute process. This only happens for clients actively using Credit Repair Services, not for Analysis-only clients.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, including relying on our service providers' security practices for scheduling, communications, and payment processing. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the services you've requested, comply with legal and record-keeping obligations (including those under the Credit Repair Organizations Act), and resolve any disputes. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, contact us using the information in Section 10, and we'll evaluate the request against any obligations that require us to retain certain records.

7. Your Choices

  • You can opt out of SMS reminders at any time by replying STOP, or by asking us directly.
  • You can ask what information we hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion, subject to records we're required to keep by law.
  • You can cancel a Credit Repair subscription at any time (see our Terms and Conditions for details).

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
